Narrative:  Complainant alleges that after attending a function for former President Bill Clinton at Dream Nightclub, Washington, DC on October 27, 2003, (redacted) was detained and strip searched by unidentified secret service agents. Complainant alleges that one of the agents identified himself as (redacted) ” Complainant believes there was no legitimate reason for the agents to detain and strip search (redacted) (redacted) claims the agents chose (redacted) because of (redacted) descent.
